 A story: a father and son were together as they passed a fundraiser for the local fire department. The son gave $100; the father gave $10.

The fundraiser asked, “How is it that you, the father, gave less than your son?”

The father answered: “It’s simple to understand. My son is the son of a wealthy man. I’m the son of a poor man.”
